It is in the municipality of Santa Eulalia, in the parish of the town itself: just head into the centre along the main road that runs through it.

What you will find at Santa Eulalia River Beach
Once you reach the Town Hall square, start looking for parking, and it is best not to pass up the first free space: the centre is full of shops and stays busy in both summer and winter.
Once you have parked, or when you get off the bus, just head towards the sea, always downhill. When you reach the seafront promenade, turn right: you will leave Santa Eulària Beach behind and come to the mouth of the river.
If you would rather pick your spot first, follow the short promenade that leads to the mouth of the Santa Eulària river, the only river in the Balearic Islands.
The beach forms on the sandbanks the river leaves where it meets the sea. In the water there are stretches of sand, pebbles carried down by the river and gravel. There is plenty of marine life, with patches of vegetation that give shelter to various species.
The wind is usually gentle and almost always blows onshore, which makes it very safe for swimming and water sports.

Being so close to the centre, you have all the amenities of this quiet town close at hand. If you feel like a stroll, take the riverside walk that follows both banks of the river, with plenty of spots to rest in the shade of trees and shrubs. And if you are after some sport, Santa Eulària Beach is right next door, with lots of activities.
