Pou De Forat, or Pozo De Forat, is located in a strategic point of the region. Near Downtown between Sant Antoni, Sant Mateu, Santa Agnés, Santa Gertrudis and Sant Rafael, the easiest access we will find starting from Sant Rafael in the direction of Santa Agnés. Arriving at the crossroads to the towns mentioned above, we find the well on the right, after crossing a dirt road.

An Ancient Well

The Well is dated in the SECOND century BC and first after Christ. It Keeps the spades to work the oil at the entrance of the well, which is covered with a frontal opening. The depth of the well is quite striking. They say that eSte is rarely dried, so it was widely used as a watering hole for animals in times of drought. In fact, the plain around the well is perfect not only to spend a picnic, but also to gather the cattle.
