We will find in S’Arenal

It surprises the expanse of beach for the width of the bay in which it is lodged, with some seven hundred meters of length that have been eating ground to the sea, until reaching thirty meters of width in many sections. In full integration with the environment we find all the accessories of the beach, built in wood, and that together with the grass that grows in some sections, gives an aspect between Marino and Campestre to the zone in its maximum stretch of twenty meters. This beach, where some residents welcome the new year, is made up of fine sands from the bay. Being especially calm waters and an area excessively close to the port, the seabed forms a very very smooth slope, in which we can enter almost walking over the waters to a hundred meters sea to inside. But if something is special about this area, without a doubt it is not the beach, but the diverse atmosphere that we can find in the pubs and bars that surround the beach. Although it can be attended in Castilian in most of them, this area is directed especially to the English public. You can take any drink or typically English food at fairly affordable prices, but don’t expect to hear the song of the summer not eat sardines to the beat of Spanish folklore. Quite a few alojameientos in the surroundings, there are mainly hotels and apartments. The commercial offer is also wide so it will not need much effort to take some souvenir of the island. The nearby Marina also have we can find enough attractions water sports, such as sailing and diving schools. If you have to put some negative point to this beach, is that the presence of the port, it shows too by limiting the quality of the water.
