History of the Des Molar Tower

The Tower is part of the defensive strategy of the Ibizan coast. Its Construction date was established in the EIGHTEENTH century, specifically in 1763 and, although prepared to house defense Artillery,the tower was never armed. Given its strategic nature, and its breathtaking views, the Des Molar Towerwas used as a watchtower.
