Sant Josep De Sa Talaia is a village nestled among mountains, although its extension and economic importance make it a suitable place for both lovers of the countryside and lovers of the sea. With a more than considerable extension, it borders to the south with Ibiza, by the well-known Beach d’en Bossa, and to the Northeast with the municipality of Sant Antoni, in the tourist Port des Torrent. Among them, the most varied coast extension that we can find. From the plains of the natural park of Las Salinas to magical coves that hide the hidden Corners Of Es Vedrá. But Sant Josep lived for years of the mountain, before the arrival of the tourism. In its locality is Sa Talaia, the highest point Of the Pitiusas, which crowns beautiful views That reach Formentera. But its urban nucleus is hardly an extension of the road that crosses in front of its church. A small population that keeps great secrets.

How to arrive and we will find in Sant Josep.

Through the road that connects it with Sant Antoni and Ibiza, Sant Josep preserves the taste of the white villages that have given fame to the island. Despite being one of the most extensive municipalities on the island, its urban nucleus is small and charming. Just a couple of streets, the church and the Town Hall give shelter to some shops and a small urban area. Crops and forests accompany a typical rural landscape. Located nine kilometers from Sant Antoni and fifteen from the capital Ibiza, the most common form of access is made through the old road that linked the high urban nucleus with the Salinas, and that nowadays gives direct access to the airport. A road between mountains that takes us to a hidden town.
