The cove is quite closed and protected, housing a beach about a hundred and fifty meters long by about twenty-five meters wide. The sand is quite fine, with rocky areas at the ends of the beach<\/strong>. The central area is quite good for the bathroom, presenting a very smooth level of sandy bed, with more than thirty meters of area suitable for bathing. In the extremes are going to locate rocky areas with large levels in which to practice surface diving. During the summer, the winds usually appear from LAX to moderate, blowing inward in most cases. The biggest attraction, without a doubt, of this beach<\/strong>, is the view to is Vedr\u00e1<\/em>. This impressive massif that emerges from the water has inspired many legends. <\/p>\n

Legends in Cala D’Hort<\/h3>\n

When you approach Cala D’Hort<\/strong>, the only thing the senses see is an imposing massif, almost from another world, almost higher than the highest peak we could find. When you approach Cala d’Hort<\/strong> , you only perceive one thing. It’s Vedr\u00e1. There’s no need for a map to get there. Taking the road to Sant Josep<\/strong> We will find a detour to eight beaches of the municipality. Just follow the route that leads to the cove, and half way, we can contemplate the far away the great islet. It’s funny how it looks like we have the beach in front of us, but we’re still miles away, taking a winding road, and behind the next curve, it’s Vedr\u00e1 gets a little bigger. When you get to the beach, you just raise your head and there it is, imposing. <\/div><\/div>\n
