The cove is actually made up of three beaches, two of them quite smaller, inside a cove. The largest beach is about 100 meters long by about 15 wide, with very thick sand between areas of rocks. Once you get into the water you have to be careful with the large, quite big, covering a few meters from the shore. With so much rock, the underwater landscape becomes spectacular, finding lots of marine fauna. Take special care with fishing gear lost by cane fishermen.
